Marketing Operations Specialist The Marketing Operations Specialist serves as the vital "glue" of the organization, driving internal process efficiency across the global marketing department. This entry-level role is responsible for streamlining the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing requests—from initiating legal and technology reviews to managing vendor setups and ensuring timely global payments. By acting as a central coordinator between Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Tech teams, this individual ensures that all projects, events, and systems are implemented on time, on budget, and in full compliance with internal standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Process Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for the marketing and events teams to manage and track internal requests through completion.
  • Legal & Contract Management: Open and track legal review requests, working closely with the legal team to process contracts and ensure all documentation is finalized.
  • Financial Administration: Set up new vendors in the finance system and manage the end-to-end payment process, including chasing down missing invoices.
  • Technology Reviews: Coordinate with the technology team to open and manage tech reviews required to stand up and implement new marketing systems.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support the events team and other marketing stakeholders by managing their administrative and operational requests efficiently.
  • Budget & Timeline Tracking: Ensure all marketing operational tasks stay within the designated budget and meet critical project deadlines.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain clear records of all reviews, contracts, and payments to ensure organizational transparency and audit readiness.
  • Experience & Background
  • Entry-level: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role.
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Greek.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Prior exposure to finance or legal administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing or project management tools
