The Role: The Bridge Between Marketing & Sales

As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you are the "operational heartbeat" of our collaborative revenue team. You will work closely with colleagues across both Marketing and Sales to ensure our systems, data, and processes are perfectly aligned to drive lead management and measurable growth. This is a key role in building a seamless flow between our Stockholm HQ and our global markets.


Your Impact

  • Sales & Marketing Synergy: Act as a key partner for both teams, ensuring timely lead routing, account research, and seamless handoffs to accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • CRM & Automation Mastery: Administer our platforms (HubSpot) and build the workflows, automation rules, and lead scoring models that power our growth.
  • Insights & Reporting: Build dashboards that translate funnel metrics into actionable insights, helping marketing and sales stakeholders track ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Process Enablement: Drive tool adoption across the company, creating documentation and identifying opportunities to improve our global technology stack.


Who You Are

  • The Specialist: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • The Analyst: You have a strong analytical mindset and a surgical attention to detail. You don't just see data; you see patterns.
  • The Global Collaborator: You have excellent communication skills in English. Since we are a global company, you are comfortable occasionally sync'ing with our North American colleagues (afternoon/early evening overlap).
  • The Self-Starter: You thrive in an environment where you can manage your projects independently with minimal supervision, while staying deeply connected to the team.


Nice to Have

  • Tech Stack: Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo is a major plus.
  • Governance: Knowledge of database management and GDPR/Data governance best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
