Position: Marketing Operations

Hours: US 9am-5pm EST

Work-Type: Full-Time, Work from Home

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the company’s Discord channel
Organize and structure channels, roles, and permissions effectively
Monitor community activity and ensure compliance with community guidelines
Coordinate announcements, updates, and scheduled posts
Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to execute campaigns within Discord
Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports
Implement and manage bots, automations, and integrations where needed
Ensure timely responses to community questions and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging community environment

Requirements

Proven experience managing Discord communities (professional experience preferred)
Strong understanding of Discord features, bots, and integrations
Experience in Marketing Operations, Community Management, or similar role
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative
