Position Summary
Trackforce is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our global demand generation engine. This role is critical in ensuring that marketing programs execute efficiently, leads move quickly through the funnel, and performance is measurable and continuously improving.
You will own the day-to-day execution and governance of marketing operations, including campaign setup, lifecycle automation, lead routing, scoring, reporting, and marketing technology administration. This role sits at the center of Marketing, SDR, Sales, and RevOps, ensuring alignment across teams and driving operational excellence across the funnel.
Reporting into the marketing organization, this is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and using data to drive better outcomes. You will play a key role in improving conversion rates, increasing speed to lead, and enabling scalable, high-performing marketing programs globally.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations Execution & Process Ownership
Build, launch, and QA marketing campaigns and automation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce
Own campaign setup standards and governance across marketing and sales systems
Manage marketing → SDR → Sales routing workflows to ensure timely lead follow-up
Maintain lifecycle stage definitions and automate status updates across the funnel
Document and scale repeatable marketing processes and operating procedures
Lead Management, Scoring & Segmentation
Implement and optimize lead scoring models using behavioral and demographic data
Manage segmentation across persona, region, industry, engagement, and intent signals
Build dynamic lists and automation programs to support nurture, outbound prioritization, and retargeting
Monitor lead flow and recommend improvements to increase conversion and response rates
Campaign Operations & Nurture Programs
Partner with Demand Generation to execute multi-channel campaigns including email, webinars, events, and ABM programs
Build and optimize automated nurture programs and triggered outreach flows
Conduct A/B testing across segmentation, cadence, messaging triggers, and timing
Support operational execution of major campaigns, events, and post-event follow-up
Data Quality & Marketing Systems Administration
Maintain high standards for data hygiene, enrichment, and compliance across systems
Audit HubSpot and Salesforce data structures and campaign tracking integrity
Manage integrations and ensure accurate data sync across the martech stack
Support onboarding and optimization of new marketing tools
Analytics, Funnel Reporting & Performance Insights
Build and maintain dashboards across campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution
Monitor key KPIs including lead response time, MQL to meeting conversion, and engagement performance
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase funnel velocity
Support leadership reporting and pipeline forecasting
Qualifications
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment
Familiarity with tools such as Qualified, ZoomInfo, UserGems, or similar platforms
Exposure to ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or RollWorks
Experience supporting SDR teams and outbound workflows
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation or conversational marketing
Experience working in global marketing teams across multiple regions
Success Metrics
Improve MQL to meeting conversion rates and overall funnel performance
Increase speed to lead and ensure SLA adherence across inbound and outbound programs
Deliver accurate, actionable reporting on marketing contribution to pipeline
Establish scalable campaign operations and process consistency
Improve data quality and campaign tracking accuracy across system
