Marketing Operations Jr. Associate

Fanatee is seeking a Marketing Operations Jr. Associate to support and improve the internal processes of our Influencer Marketing Team. Our team operates on a global scale, working with partners, influencers, and content creators across different countries and time zones. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in using technology, including AI solutions, to improve operational efficiency and streamline collaboration. Responsabilites - Help keep marketing workflows organized by logging incoming requests, tracking progress, and making sure tasks move forward smoothly. - Work with UA, UA Tech, Studio AI, and Product teams to help ensure assets are delivered in the right format and on time. - Assist with setting up and maintaining simple tools and processes that improve visibility and organization across projects. - Support the team to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Requirements - Proficiency with digital tools to support organization and documentation. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams. - Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English. - Based in the Greater São Paulo area and available for hybrid work.  Nice to Have - Experience working with User Acquisition or Product teams. - Familiarity with influencer marketing and creative production workflows. - Interest in automation and AI-driven tools for operational improvement. - Understanding of digital marketing or mobile gaming environments. - Comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
