Telesign is growing, and we are seeking a Marketing Operations Campaign Manager to join the team. This role reports to our Sr. Manager of MarTech.  In this role, Telesign is looking for someone who is a self-starter that can help execute a best in class campaign operations engine.

What You'll Be Doing...

We will look to you to build, track, execute, and optimize across our integrated marketing campaigns. You will be the decision maker for how we structure our campaign operations, workflows, and processes, and you will come in with the knowledge and insight for building and maintaining best-in-class martech stacks. You will partner closely with integrated marketing and growth marketing to ensure that our tracking and set up meets the needs of our demand generation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign creation, setup, and execution in Marketo, with ongoing optimization always top of mind;
  • Manage campaign tracking, testing, and optimization;
  • Audit and monitor proper tagging across campaigns;
  • Maintain weekly campaign reporting with actions and recommendations as part of your ongoing analysis on campaign performance;
  • Create, update, and teach documentation to support the effectiveness and efficiency of campaign operations;
  • Responsible for adhering and enforcing best practices in Marketo to maintain an organized, easy to use instance. This includes campaigns, forms, documents, images, and reporting.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality on marketing deliverables, ensuring that each campaign, email, and asset is functioning properly, delivers an excellent experience, is grammatically correct, and aligns with brand guidelines;
  • Responsible for database hygiene, cleansing and enrichment of leads;
  • Monitor campaign leads, resolving sync errors, data flow issues, and routing errors to ensure to lead is left behind;
  • Work directly with growth team to analyze data, highlighting wins and areas for improvement to optimize the team’s marketing strategy. Provide marketing operations support as needed across the organization;

Essential Requirements:

We're looking for an experienced operations superstar who is equally comfortable in strategy and execution. As our business grows, we need someone with the ability and foresight to help us scale our operations across the board. We're eager to find someone who enjoys a collaborative, cross-functional challenge and who delights in working on high-impact marketing foundations.

  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing and/or campaign operations role;
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce;
  • Experience as a B2B SaaS marketer with exposure into high-growth environments;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the marketing and sales organizations;
  • Detail-oriented and accurate; enjoys problem solving and being challenged;
  • Strong skills with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence;
  • Works well under deadlines, with the ability to identify and communicate issues quickly;
  • Experience executing on campaign operations to support the marketing organization.
