About the position 

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Associate who builds, not rides. You’re a hybrid operator—channel execution, data stewardship, and technical setup—focused on turning strategy into action. Working with the Head of Marketing, you’ll translate plans for trade shows, PPC, and email into logistics, tracking, and deployment. This fully remote role is for someone ready to master B2B SaaS mechanics, not “just do social media.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Operations & Campaign Execution (30%)

  • Execute multi‑channel plans across Trade Shows, PPL, PPC, Email, and Outreach, owning daily logistics, targeting, and delivery
  • Monitor performance and integrity by managing trade‑show deadlines, tracking paid‑media lead flow, and flagging CPL or technical issues immediately

Marketing Operations & Attribution (25%)

  • Maintain CRM accuracy by owning Pipedrive hygiene and resolving unknown lead sources to support attribution
  • Support performance reporting by updating KPI dashboards and tracking ROAS/CAC for budget and channel decisions

Web Operations & Brand Execution (25%)

  • Support Webflow migration by moving content cleanly, preserving SEO, and managing redirects
  • Produce brand‑aligned assets and perform technical QA to catch broken links, form issues, and site errors

Insights & Market Intelligence (20%)

  • Run AI workflows to process call transcripts and validate insights
  • Synthesize market feedback by gathering input from Sales/CS and producing the weekly Market Pulse

 Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 years of B2B digital marketing experience working for a SaaS business or agency providing directly applicable services
  • Strategic Versatility: Able to quickly absorb strategies and independently translate them into checklists, actions, and channel-specific execution
  • Data Fluency & Rigor: Skilled at handling data with precision—treating CRM as a database, cleaning files, and catching tracking gaps that impact ROI
  • Technical Agility: A quick study of digital tools, able to troubleshoot proactively, and navigate new software confidently
