Job Duties
Marketing Technology & AI Automation
Own the overarching marketing technology strategy and day-to-day platform operations, including evaluation and integration of emerging AI tools into the marketing stack
Implement and manage AI-assisted workflows — including LLM-based campaign personalisation, automated content pipelines, and intent-driven outreach — to reduce manual overhead and accelerate execution
Administer and evolve the CMS and publishing infrastructure (Contentful or equivalent), including taxonomy, content modelling, and workflow governance
Partner with Engineering on platform architecture, API integrations, and performance optimisation across the marketing technology ecosystem
Reporting, Analytics & Performance
Own full-funnel marketing reporting, providing insights across program effectiveness, ABM strategy, and channel performance — with clear recommendations for improvement
Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline contribution, publishing performance, and campaign ROI across organic, paid, social, and syndication channels
Define and govern marketing KPIs in partnership with demand generation; report performance to Marketing and commercial leadership on a regular cadence
Ensure data quality and integrity across all marketing systems, properties, and integrations
Lead marketing budgeting, forecasting, and planning in partnership with Sales, with a focus on delivering maximum ROI across the funnel
Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with sales operations to optimise lead and account management, including scoring, routing, and efficient handovers to Sales
Translate technical SEO and site performance data — including schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and indexing — into actionable improvements that support organic pipeline
What are we looking for?
4–7 years in a marketing technology, publishing operations, or technical marketing role with demonstrable ownership of martech infrastructure
Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, including content modelling and API integrations
Proven track record deploying AI/LLM-based tooling in a B2B marketing context
Strong technical SEO capability — schema markup, crawl optimisation, Core Web Vitals, and technical auditing
Proficiency in web analytics tooling (GA4, Looker, HubSpot, or similar) and comfortable building attribution dashboards
Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise software marketing
Familiarity with programmatic SEO, content APIs, or developer-focused publishing formats
Background in marketing automation and integration with CRM and demand generation workflows
