Marketing Operations
CRM/Marketing Automation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing operations within our CRM (HubSpot).
Data and Metrics: Be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics across all channels.
Metric Development: Build and maintain comprehensive marketing metrics dashboards and reporting features within HubSpot to provide actionable insights to the team.
Process Optimization: Assist in defining, documenting, and optimizing marketing processes, workflows, and lead management within the tech stack.
System Integrity: Ensure data cleanliness, synchronization, and compliance within the marketing database.
Digital Execution
Paid Social Media: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn ) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Website Management: Perform routine website updates, including content changes, layout adjustments, and ensuring overall site health and responsiveness.
Landing Page Development: Design, build, and deploy landing pages for various campaigns using our CMR/HubSpot tools.
A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B testing strategies for campaigns, emails, landing pages, and website elements to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience.
SEO/SEM Support: Provide support for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably involving digital marketing or marketing operations.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with paid social media platforms and campaign management (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and the use of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with basic website content management systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
3-5 Interviews. One of them is in the office in Warsaw.
