The introduction of our full-service, concierge Medicare agency, Silvur Insurance, allows us to extend our services to provide members with much-needed one-on-one guidance led by licensed insurance professionals. Our education-first model ensures trust, clarity, and personalized care.
As the Marketing & Member Engagement Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving Silvur Insurance awareness, generating agency leads, and supporting agency client retention efforts. A large part of your role –and ultimately, your success– will involve leveraging and collaborating with our credit union partners to reach and support the right members at the right time with the right message.
You’ll serve as the lead on all Silvur Insurance acquisition and retention marketing efforts—owning the multi-channel marketing strategy, while also being responsible for campaign content, execution, optimization, and reporting, as well necessary coordination with the marketing teams at our credit union partners. This role will directly impact how effectively we engage members around Medicare and convert education into measurable results for Silvur Insurance.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
