Marketing Manager – B2B/B2C Manufacturing

Location: Leighton Buzzard (On-site)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE + Company Bonus Scheme
Hours: 07.30am-4.30pm (40 hour week, flexibility with times)

What is the role about?

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind:

  • Strategic marketing plans that support sales and brand development.
  • Lead generation campaigns across digital, trade shows, and multi-channel platforms.
  • CRM optimisation (Orderwise, moving to HubSpot) to enhance customer engagement.
  • Website updates and product collateral that improve usability and clarity.
  • Social media and blog content that boosts visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Lead generation through campaigns, trade shows, and digital initiatives.
  • Manage CRM systems and customer data to improve engagement.
  • Oversee website updates and ensure product information is accessible and user-friendly.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral including manuals and visual assets.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to support product launches.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers (graphic design, photography, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI across all marketing activities.
