The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the execution of marketing programs, plans, and campaigns that support business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role serves as the operational engine of the marketing team—owning project management, campaign execution, performance measurement, agency coordination, and event logistics—while translating strategy into action.
This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITES
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Execute integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with company goals
Support the launch and evolution of brand identity, positioning, and target audiences
Translate strategic marketing plans into detailed execution roadmaps
Serve as the day-to-day project manager for all marketing initiatives
Performance Measurement & Reporting
Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance across channels
Track KPIs, assess results against goals, and provide actionable insights
Guide the preparation of marketing activity reports and dashboards
Present campaign performance and insights to executive leadership
Agency & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary liaison with outside agencies and vendors
Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals for ongoing promotional campaigns
Ensure agency work aligns with brand standards and business priorities
Events & Experiential Marketing
Manage and execute event logistics, including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and hosted events
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Oversee event timelines, materials, messaging, and post-event reporting
Market Awareness & Continuous Improvement
Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and campaign effectiveness
Bring forward ideas to enhance brand presence, engagement, and efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or growth-focused environments
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance
Experience working with external agencies and vendors
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
