Spaulding Ridge is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our APAC Marketing team!

You are a digital marketing expert who understands how email, content, event, and SEO strategies reinforce one another. You can manage projects alone and with an international team while keeping multiple work streams moving at once, and you can create a positive working environment for young professionals.

We are a growing global consultancy that implements leading business technologies, serves multiple industries, and manages a wide range of communications channels. Our marketing team is the voice of our company, sharing our expertise and our point of view with our clients and alliance partners. Together, we’re looking to build a marketing program that helps us reach clients both directly and through our alliance partners, using best practices marketing automation and digital communications to drive revenue growth.

The role

  • Develop and execute marketing plans in conjunction with the marketing team, aligning with Spaulding Ridge’s overall growth plans.
  • Supervise a team of marketing professionals to create a strong team environment and develop effective ways of working between the APAC and North American teams.
  • Manage website enhancements with the aim of increasing search performance and ease of use for clients and alliance partners.
  • Support marketing automation efforts with the aim of developing a validated pipeline of prospects and leads.
  • Regularly monitor and report on performance metrics across channels and develop actionable insights based on the data.
  • Advise on social media strategy based on B2B marketing best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to strengthen Spaulding Ridge’s brand presence for clients, prospects, and channel partners.

You have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing for IT Consulting, SaaS, or another technology-focused B2B field.
  • Exceptional organizational and communications skills, including experience with project management across an international team.
  • Understanding digital marketing best practices and emerging trends for service businesses.
  • Experience managing multifunctional teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Interpersonal skills to build strong internal relationships with senior leadership and subject matter experts.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, 6Sense, Asana, and/or WordPress.
  • Understanding of channel-based marketing and sales trends.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology for finance and revenue operations, with knowledge of Anaplan, Salesforce, DocuSign, and/or OneStream a significant plus.
