We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, shape demand generation programs, and drive growth across our ecosystem. This role blends marketing strategy, product-aligned messaging, performance execution, and deep understanding of the AdTech landscape.
Role Overview
You will own the full marketing engine — funnel performance, campaign execution, content oversight, automation, brand consistency, and product-aligned messaging. You will work closely with Product and Sales teams to build narratives that resonate with advertisers, publishers, agencies, and technology partners.
This is a high-impact role where clear communication, analytical rigor, and strategic oversight directly influence adoption, pipeline, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize B2B lead generation across channels: SEO, PPC, content, email, and paid programs.
- Own HubSpot lifecycle architecture (nurturing flows, scoring, segmentation, reporting).
- Lead development of insight-driven campaigns that align product capabilities with customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to maintain clear, accurate messaging for DSP, SSP, and ADX.
- Create sales enablement content to support pipeline velocity (product decks, one-pagers, competitive narratives).
- Oversee content workflows and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Build dashboards and report on ROI, funnel health, CAC, and conversion metrics.
- Support go-to-market activities across global markets; ensure alignment with Product.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market developments to inform strategy, messaging, and roadmap conversations.
- Prepare and manage marketing presence at industry conferences and partner events.
- Collaborate with content and PR team ensuring output quality.
- Launch and coordinate ABM initiatives in cooperation with the Sales Team.
Requirements
- English B2.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (AdTech or SaaS preferred).
- Strong expertise in full-funnel marketing and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, analytics, and lifecycle management.
- Clear understanding of demand and supply-side dynamics in digital advertising.
- Exceptional communication and narrative-writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with KPIs, funnel metrics, CAC/LTV.
- Strong orientation towards result and high level of responsibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GTM launches for enterprise or technical platforms.
- Knowledge of programmatic landscape, industry events, Open RTB ecosystem.
- Clear understanding of demand and supply-side path in digital advertising.
- Prior experience in market repositioning or brand evolution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.
