About the role:

Kalepa is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to help execute across all aspects of our marketing strategy. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director to bring campaigns to life — from content and demand generation to events, product marketing, and brand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make their mark on a fast-growing company.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, RevOps, and leadership to amplify Kalepa’s message, fuel our growth, and position us as the leading AI solution for commercial insurance underwriters. If you’re a creative thinker, sharp writer, and performance-oriented marketer who’s eager to learn and own projects end-to-end, we’d love to meet you.

About you:

3–6 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or enterprise software
Excellent writer and communicator who can simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling content across blog posts, case studies, social media posts, video, and more
Experience across various marketing subfunctions, such as content marketing, programmatic advertising, demand generation, events, and product marketing
Skilled at executing multi-channel campaigns and juggling many projects at once
Strong collaborator who’s comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
Self-starter with a bias toward action — you’re resourceful and love getting things done. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to crush the busywork that needs to get done
AI-first marketer - You instinctively turn to AI to shortcut hours (or days) of work, using the latest tools to boost leverage, spark ideas, elevate quality, and drastically speed up execution
Passionate about AI and technology and curious about the world of insurance. You must be ready to be one of the leading experts on the intersection of AI and insurance
