ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Pureprofile’s global marketing strategy. You will lead the development and implementation of high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, demand generation and commercial growth across multiple regions.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications team, as well as key stakeholders across the business, ensuring strong alignment and consistent execution. This is a permanent, full-time role within a high-performing, supportive team, offering the opportunity to help elevate a growing global brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Campaign Development

  • Contribute to the development of the global marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate new and existing products and solutions and lead the creation of supporting marketing and sales collateral.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market and multi-channel demand generation initiatives, including events, webinars, sponsorships, product launches and nurture programs.

Digital Marketing, SEO & Web Optimisation

  • Lead and optimise our SEO and website performance efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and regular performance reporting.
  • Work with internal teams or external partners as needed to support technical improvements.
  • Conduct regular reviews of website and search performance to uncover growth opportunities.

Marketing Technology & Operations

  • Manage and optimise our MarTech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, GA4), coordinating with technical admins or partners where needed.
  • Stay ahead of B2B demand generation, automation and analytics best practices.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Measure and report on marketing performance across key channels and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain clear dashboards and reports that track campaign effectiveness, website performance, lead quality and overall marketing impact.
  • Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Brand, Content & Communications

  • Manage the B2B brand website and social channels, ensuring consistent messaging across global markets.
  • Lead improvements to brand and product positioning through high-quality marketing content (decks, flyers, web copy, event materials).
  • Support content strategy with SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and engagement.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage, mentor and coach the Marketing Executive and Marketing Coordinator.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.


ABOUT YOU

Along with your seasoned professional experience, you bring a strong strategic mindset, commercial awareness and the ability to anticipate the needs of an evolving business. You are digitally savvy, results-oriented and passionate about elevating a global B2B brand.

You will also be:

  • Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, website optimisation).
  • Data-driven, with solid experience across key analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
  • Confident managing and improving MarTech (Pardot, Salesforce, automation).
  • Clear, effective writer able to simplify complex product information.
  • Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships and influences stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, curious and always testing, optimising and innovating.
  • Experienced in B2B marketing (ideally Market Research, tech, SaaS or data sectors).
  • 5–7+ years’ experience, including managing direct reports and agencies.
