Our client is a full-service international property investment company specializing in helping high-net-worth individuals diversify their portfolios with global real estate. The company provides end-to-end services, including sourcing, financing, acquisition, ongoing management, and resale of properties. They are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the global marketing initiatives.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute branding strategies, focusing primarily on Chinese ultra-high-net-worth clients, with secondary emphasis on South African and Middle Eastern markets
Manage and coordinate marketing activities across web design, digital marketing, and CRM operations
Create compelling marketing campaigns for UK-based property projects targeting UHNW individuals
Lead brand management initiatives and maintain brand consistency across regions
Oversee content creation and localization for different market segments
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Develop and manage marketing budgets across multiple regions
Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in real estate or related industries
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-regional marketing strategies
Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
