About the Role
We’re looking for a
hands-on Marketing Manager (Generalist) who is an “allrounder” across marketing channels. You’ll be the backbone of our marketing efforts—planning and running campaigns, managing our digital presence, supporting events and webinars, and turning data into actionable insights.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure our story is consistent, credible, and compelling—whether it’s on social media, our website, at conferences, or in a customer webinar.

Your Role ????

Own day-to-day marketing execution across channels to support pipeline generation, product launches, and key company milestones

Run our social media and employer branding, especially on LinkedIn, highlighting customers, research, product updates, and company culture

Create and repurpose content like blogs, newsletters, email flows, case studies, landing pages or slide decks

Plan and run webinars & support conferences/events, including promotion, registrations, live coverage, and post-event follow-up campaigns

Manage and update our website & landing pages, coordinating with designers/engineers to keep messaging clear, current, and conversion-focused

Track performance and report on impact, monitoring key marketing and funnel metrics and using insights to improve campaigns

Coordinate external partners and protect the brand, briefing freelancers/agencies and ensuring consistent tone and visuals across all touchpoints
What you need
Your Profile ????

Generalist marketer: 3+ years of experience in marketing (B2B tech, SaaS, or healthcare is a strong plus) with exposure to multiple channels

Hands-on executer: Comfortable writing copy, building simple landing pages, setting up campaigns, and posting on social media yourself

Content-savvy communicator: Excellent written and spoken English; able to turn complex, clinical topics into clear and engaging messages

Digital-first: Experience with social media (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, basic website/CMS work, and ideally marketing automation/CRM tools

Data-informed: Confident working with basic analytics and funnel metrics, interpreting dashboards, and adjusting activities based on performance

Strong organizer & collaborator: Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and work closely with Sales, Medical, Product, and external partners

Curious & mission-driven: Genuine interest in healthcare and AI, with an owner mindset—comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
