We need your help

We seek a collaborative, passionate and versatile Marketing Manager responsible for the Portuguese and Spanish markets to join our Madrid-based European Marketing team. In this role you will serve as the voice of the local customer and the focal point of planning and execution of Otovo’s local marketing activities. You will partner intensively with central marketing channel teams and with the local sales teams. You will be a part of a dynamic, ambitious and international/multilingual European Marketing & Partnerships team that is comprised of channel teams such as Performance Marketing, Partnerships, and Integrated Marketing (Content Studio, SEO, CRM) as well as other Marketing Managers with regional or country responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the source & voice of market knowledge (competition, regulation) & local customer insights for your markets

  • Maintain a holistic view of the markets’ leads targets & leads sources mix, advise/engage with central channels on a healthy quantum & mix of leads

  • Locally execute/adapt global awareness-driving activities

  • Opportunistically ideate/pitch/execute local awareness activities or events

  • Collaborate with local Sales to drive higher conversion rates: devise and communicate impactful promos, optimise sales communications

  • With central marketing teams co-create local marketing content relevant for the business, incl. customer testimonials and SEO-driving content

  • In collaboration with Partnerships leverage our B2B relationships to drive greater awareness, more leads and sales

  • Create newsletters and marketing emails, leveraging central templates & HubSpot expertise

  • Own local Trustpilot and Google Reviews profiles & reviewer engagement

  • Make sure that the content of the local websites is up to date, on brand and aligned with business strategy; own all non-Paid marketing landing pages, assist in conversion optimisation efforts

  • Jointly with the regional Sales lead and central Integrated Marketing, enable local PR by cultivating and leveraging journalist & freelancer contacts
