The Marketing Manager is a key member of the team that will be working closely with the CEO and leadership team to lead all marketing and demand generation efforts. Primary Functions:
- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth by building and overseeing multiple customer acquisition and retention strategies for Paidiem, collaboratively with Sales.
- Create a consistent brand that is top-notch quality in respect to visual aesthetic, multimedia, voice and experience.
- Build, develop and inspire a team of thoughtful, driven and curious individuals. Invest in and support their overall career success.
- Collaborate with Paidiem’s executive and leadership team to refine company vision, strategic priorities, annual/quarterly milestones and corresponding forecasts and budgets.
- Cultivate productive partnerships with other teams including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams to understand the customer, influence the product roadmap, and expand Paidiem’s market reach.
- Build and optimize processes across the marketing organization. Evaluate existing cross-departmental processes. Keep and optimize what works, eliminate redundant processes.
- Optimize our marketing technology stack to fuel top-of-funnel pipeline growth and bottom-of-funnel analysis.
- Define, measure, and optimize quantifiable business, customer, and financial metrics and goals.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, B2B (and preferably also B2C) marketing.
- A strong track record of compelling work for B2B SaaS and/or Tech companies.
- Prior experience working in a Leadership position at a high growth startup.
- Experience in the following areas: account-based marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, event and content marketing, referral marketing, and community-driven marketing.
- Experience managing multiple projects, with tight timelines, in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders.
