Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our client, a leading video-sharing platform. You’ll drive strategy and execution for short-form content campaigns, track performance, and grow a creative community through insight-led marketing.

Role: 

  • Collaborate on the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from strategy, user/creator insights work, and execution of marketing campaigns for short-form video products. Support campaign program management, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results.
  • Drive creative excellence by actively participating in creative discussions and managing external agencies for all marketing assets (owned, digital ads, OOH, social).
  • Champion brand consistency and local relevance by leading the adaptation and localisation of marketing assets across diverse markets.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to plan, select, and optimise media channels, driving effective campaign management.
  • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to analytical reviews, including regular performance reporting and providing timely updates to in-country teams.
  • Champion the integration of AI tools across creative workflows, media planning, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, strategy, marketing communications or in the creative industry 
  • Broad passion for creators and creator marketing.
  • Highly motivated professional with a strong interest and developing expertise in Artificial Intelligence and the broader technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, independent thinker and a good communicator
  • Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy with insights and data 
  • Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and someone with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
