We are seeking a dynamic and driven International Marketing Manager to join XR’s global marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in amplifying XR's brand and supporting international growth across key markets. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of high-profile initiatives, including industry events, field marketing programs, earned and paid media content and research, and targeted regional campaigns.
As a member of XR’s global marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with sales and product departments and collaborate with key stakeholders across key regions to execute on the international strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, logistics, promotion and budget management for standout events and marketing sponsorships across key markets, ensuring flawless delivery and maximum brand impact.
- Serve as the go-to person for day-to-day marketing requests from local markets, maintaining momentum and building trust with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage creative regional campaigns that drive local pipeline and increase brand visibility, ensuring each initiative aligns with broader company goals.
- Ensure smooth execution of cross-market initiatives by coordinating and communicating effectively across regions.
- Develop engaging short-form content for social media, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging that amplifies our international presence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor activities, providing insights to refine strategy and keeping the company at the forefront of the market.
- Adapt global marketing opportunities for key markets, supporting on localisations and translations across sales materials and marketing campaigns including email, social and other channels
- Assist in tracking and reporting campaign success, helping the team optimise future marketing efforts through data-driven insights.
- Contribute to strategic content development such as sales materials, long-form content, speaking presentations and localised market insights
- Support international industry engagements such as collaboration and participation across advertising trade organisations
- Collaborate closely with our US-based marketing team to roll out global initiatives, ensuring messaging is consistent and aligned with the XR brand
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing campaigns and events.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable with a passion for learning and embracing new challenges.
- Experience in copywriting for social media and short-form content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both local and international teams.
- Desire to grow in a dynamic, evolving role with an eagerness to take initiative.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or other email and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Background in AdTech, media, or advertising is preferred.
