Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and execute a marketing roadmap to guide the company's marketing efforts and initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and vendors.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies and techniques.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
