Marketing Manager, French Market (60% - 80%) (f/m/d)

Your mission

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (60-80%) to take our content to the next level in French-speaking markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our editorial strategy, creating high-impact content assets, and strengthening our position as a leading voice in the workplace tech industry.

This is a hybrid role based in our Berlin hub.

In this role you will

  • Lead the creation of high-impact thought leadership for French-speaking markets (e.g., white papers, reports, executive Q&As).
  • Monitor market-specific trends to keep content timely, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Growth to localise global narratives and campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Own the full content lifecycle from ideation and research to writing, editing, SEO/AEO optimisation, publishing, and distribution.
  • Own and continuously improve all French website copy, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and strong SEO/AEO performance.
  • Turn complex product and industry topics into engaging content across formats (blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters, etc.).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Design, Field Marketing) to deliver content that supports campaigns and revenue goals.
  • Maintain a consistent French brand voice across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Track and report on performance of French content to guide improvement and editorial planning.
  • Support French-market events and webinars with key communication assets (promotions, messaging, follow-ups).

What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience in content marketing or editorial roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Native French speaker with outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills; fluent in English.
  • Strong ability to own end-to-end content creation across channels and formats.
  • Solid understanding of SEO/AEO best practices and content optimisation for organic growth.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to prioritise and deliver across multiple deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance and improve content impact.
  • Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, and/or content operations workflows is a plus.
