We’re hiring a strategic, relationship-driven Marketing Manager to support a portfolio of U.S. Life Plan Communities. This is not a digital marketing role—it requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate daily with Sales Directors, managers, and external vendors.
Frequent travel to the U.S. is strongly required.
What you’ll do
• Lead marketing strategy and execution for multiple communities.
• Partner daily with Sales Directors, guiding them with clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, printers, speakers, list providers).
• Manage direct mail programs, events, creative materials, and marketing calendars.
• Coordinate presentations, speakers, timelines, and production details.
• Review performance using Salesforce, Power BI and event metrics to make strategic recommendations.
• Maintain updated marketing assets and community websites.
• Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively with managers and stakeholders.
