About This Role

Enabled Energy is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager that brings proven B2B marketing expertise, with an emphasis on digital channels including email, social media, digital advertising, and websites.  Requiring strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills, this role works closely with the Director and graphic designers to create and execute multi-channel campaigns that create brand awareness, educate our target market, generate leads, and convert high-value prospects into measurable revenue.  This role works closely with the Business Development and Central Services teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conceptualize and create written content for marketing campaigns (including website, marketing slicks, email, social media, ad copy, video scripts, and more), ensuring messaging aligns with strategic objectives.  
  • Lead the execution of email and digital marketing campaigns: Automate, schedule, send, and analyze results. 
  • Maintain email marketing calendar and program automated workflows (welcome series, lead nurturing, triggered campaigns, etc.). 
  •  Manage subscriber database, segment audiences, and maintain email lists for lead generation and campaign targeting. 
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, suggesting content/campaigns, and working with the graphic designer to create posts. Schedule posts and manage engagement  
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns. 
  • Analyze campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI/ROAS, and provide actionable insights for optimization.  
  • Manage the internal “Marketing Request” workflow – assigning projects to graphic designers, communicating with colleagues on delivery, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand voice and strategic objectives.  
  • Provide planning and support for event/conference attendance 
  • Maintain the company’s marketing content calendar.  
  • Maintain the company’s website, working with graphic designers and outside vendors as needed.  
  • Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and swag.  
  • Support the collection of video content for promotional purposes.  
  • Manage vendors as needed, including graphic designers, website developers, videographers, etc. 
  • Provide coordination for trade shows/events. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 



EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment, with demonstrated success building demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and lead to sales conversions   
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency with email platforms (Dynamics 365 Marketing, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) including content creation, automations, audience segmentation, campaign/landing page creation, and post-campaign data analysis   
  • Experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn); knowledge of LinkedIn paid advertising platform is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website analytics (G4, Fathom Analytics, etc.) strongly preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 Marketing, etc.) 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to create effective and persuasive written content 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in this role and within this fast-growing company / industry

  • The annual salary range for this position is $80,000-100,000/year commensurate with experience.
  • Discretionary quarterly performance bonuses is provided for this position. 
  • This role is eligible for remote or in-office work, based on candidate preference and business needs.
