Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager at CleverProfits will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for managing and implementing a wide range of marketing and sales projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative individual. It would be advantageous to have experience in using Go High Level (GHL) to enhance marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a high level of proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively on projects related to accounting or financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support both marketing and sales objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple marketing projects from conception to execution, briefing and managing contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, providing necessary support and facilitating effective communication.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the financial sector. This includes staying aware of marketing strategies being deployed by key competitors.
- Digital Content Management: Assist in the creation and management of digital content across various platforms to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize tools and systems to automate marketing processes, enhance customer relationship management, and streamline sales pipelines. This is currently being done through Go High Level.
- Department Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in planning and managing projects.
- Experience in working with accounting or financial projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Good understanding (not necessarily proficient) in digital design, video editing and sales funnels.
- An individual who communicates productively to other team members.
- Grit. someone who possesses the unwavering perseverance and resilience in the face of challenges, setbacks, and obstacles.
- Someone who has a DIY mentality where they proactively tackle challenges and tasks through self-initiated efforts and resourcefulness.
