About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic (Partner) Marketing Manager Slovakia to join our team in the Bratislava office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the partner marketing strategy while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics and partner needs, delivering campaigns and content that drive brand visibility and partner success. You will be involved in both partner-focused (B2B) and consumer-focused (B2C) marketing initiatives, helping create fresh, bold, and market-relevant campaigns. You will receive the support needed to grow, while having the freedom to make an impact, take ownership of projects, and develop your skills. Strategy & Planning

B2B

Lead the development and execution of the local partner marketing strategy and calendar.

Ensure alignment with global and local marketing objectives.

Manage the local partner marketing calendar, adapting global campaigns for maximum local relevance.

B2C

Support the development and delivery of consumer marketing plans.

Contribute to campaigns targeting Slovak consumers.

Campaign Execution & Management

B2B

Implement global and local partner marketing campaigns to boost partner engagement and brand visibility.

Plan, execute, and evaluate partner communications and activations in line with brand positioning.

B2C

Collaborate with the sales team to develop consumer trade promotions.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

Track performance against KPIs and health metrics.

Optimise campaigns based on insights and share best practices.

Analyse local market opportunities and recommend adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Act as a connector between local and global teams (B2C, Sales, Customer Support, Logistics).

Deliver effective and sustainable commercial strategies.

Own and manage the local partner marketing budget, ensuring proper planning and alignment with global priorities.
