Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: Marketing Manager (004 - 0462)

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Compensation range: up to 2,000 AUD / Month

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: This organization supports first-time tech founders in securing venture capital with clarity, confidence, and a strategic approach—even for those without an existing investor network. Founded by an entrepreneur with extensive experience raising VC funding and serving on both sides of the table, the company transforms new founders into confident fundraisers through a structured, hands-on program.

Focused on practical, founder-to-founder guidance rather than theoretical instruction, the company emphasizes rapid learning, iterative execution, and actionable insights. It caters to early-stage startups, helping them move from pre-launch to their first revenue milestones with streamlined processes, simple funnels, and a strong emphasis on fast, measurable results.

Its mission is to make insider knowledge accessible, providing founders with the tools, mentorship, and confidence needed to navigate the fundraising landscape successfully.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager professional to be the executional backbone of all activities for a premium course ($2,497). In this role, you will build and optimize the entire lead-to-customer journey — from first touch to purchase — while ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.

This is a high-impact position in a small, fast-moving team. You won’t be following someone else’s strategy — you’ll have real autonomy to build, test, and iterate, taking ownership of campaigns and driving measurable results.

  • Create branded image templates (quotes, tips, stats, carousels)
  • Produce short-form video content (Reels, Stories)
  • Edit founder-recorded videos into polished, shareable clips

  • A/B test creative, copy, and targeting

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Track and report: CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates by audience
  • Weekly performance summaries with actionable insights
  • Optimize campaigns based on data (not gut feel)
  • Kill underperformers fast, scale winners

Budget: Starting $2K-5K/month (after initial organic validation)

Requirements

  • 3+ years in course/info-product marketing — you've built funnels that sell $1K-5K offers
  • Deep GoHighLevel expertise — pages, emails, automations, workflows, integrations
  • Proven Meta Ads track record — show us campaigns you've run, CPAs you've achieved
  • Video editing capability — basic to intermediate (not a "video person" but can deliver clean edits)
  • Portfolio of landing pages — show us your work

Preferred

  • Experience in founder/startup ecosystem or B2B education
  • Familiarity with Taki Moore / high-ticket course marketing models
  • Direct response copywriting skills
  • Previous experience working with a solo founder or small team

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
