Marketing Lead, Moca Network

The Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Lead to drive the marketing strategy and execution for Moca Network. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand, grow the community, and contribute to the success of a groundbreaking project within the Animoca Brands ecosystem. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Moca Network's goals and target audience

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across various disciplines, including content creation, social media, community management, and influencer marketing

Build and maintain a strong brand identity for Moca Network that resonates with the web3 community

Drive user acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives

Manage the marketing budget effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

Collaborate closely with the ecosystem, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the web3 space and identify new opportunities for marketing innovation

Represent Moca Network at industry events and conferences

Foster a strong and engaged community around Moca Network

Develop and execute content marketing strategies to educate and inform the community about Moca Network's features and benefits.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing blockchain-based projects or web3 companies

Deep understanding of web3 culture, trends, and technologies

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Experience with various marketing channels and tools, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
