Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join the marketing team and support a wide range of initiatives including content creation, video production, social media management, influencer marketing, and event marketing. This role offers hands-on experience working on real campaigns for brands while learning how a modern digital marketing agency operates.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Support the development of short-form videos, reels, and social media posts.
- Help brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with brand campaigns and marketing goals.
- Assist with content calendars and social media scheduling.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management.
Video & Creative Support
- Help with video shooting, editing, and post-production for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation of short-form video content, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional clips.
- Assist with basic graphic design and visual content for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets.
Influencer Marketing
- Research potential influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
- Assist with influencer outreach, communication, and campaign coordination.
- Help track influencer campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Event & Experiential Marketing
- Support planning and execution of live events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Assist with event marketing promotion and social media coverage during events.
- Help coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and event preparation.
Research & Marketing Support
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring in digital and social media marketing.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports, presentations, and marketing summaries.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Basic experience with video editing tools, AI content creation apps, or design tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
