Internship Period : March - Oct 2026 (6 Months)


Dataiku is looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to support our 2026 marketing strategy across the ASEAN region. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-growth B2B technology marketing. You will play a vital role in executing regional events, managing digital nurture streams, and creating localized content for six diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Event Management & Operations

  • Large-Scale Events: Provide operational and on-site support for flagship events, including Dataiku Summits and Exchanges across ASEAN. This includes digital campaign execution, logistics coordination, and attendee management.
  • Tactical Activations: Support the delivery of Hands-On Labs (HOLs) and executive roundtables across 6 countries, managing venue logistics, F&B, and branded swag distribution.
  • Co-Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing joint events with strategic partners, ensuring seamless lead follow-up and post-event administrative processes.

2. Digital Marketing & Email Nurturing

  • Lead Nurturing: Create and optimize automated email campaigns for leads generated from workshops and events. Conduct A/B testing on messaging and formats to improve conversion rates.
  • Campaign Copywriting: Draft compelling outbound email communications and social media copy to promote new assets, webinars, and regional announcements.
  • Visual Content: Design marketing banners and digital visual assets using Creatopy to maintain brand consistency across all channels.

3. Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Data Analysis: Develop and maintain performance reports for events and workshops to track ROI and lead quality.
  • Optimization: Support the development of basic analytics dashboards to assess the overall effectiveness of ASEAN marketing activities.

4. Event Collateral & On-Site Support

  • Production: Assist in the design and production of event collateral, including signage, brochures, and printed informational materials.
  • Field Support: Provide on-the-ground support at Singapore-based events, managing attendee flow and venue navigation.
  • Post-Event Workflow: Lead post-event activities, including follow-up communications and performance data entry.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Business, Data Science, or Communications program.
  • Skills: Strong copywriting skills in English; familiarity with design tools (Creatopy, Canva) and marketing automation concepts.
  • Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally within the ASEAN region for major event support if required.
