We’re looking for highly skilled customer care representatives to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound calls to assist customers regarding questions they might have.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented internto join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and initiatives.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Assist with HR communications, including drafting emails, announcements, and documentation.
• Help with organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in community management tools.
• Creative mindset and a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing professional skills.
