Marketing Intern

Peripass is a Ghent-based SaaS scale-up, founded in 2016, that digitalises and optimises the logistics sector. With our Yard Management platform, we help industrial and logistics companies such as Bridgestone, Alpro and Saint-Gobain manage the complete flow of trucks and trailers on their sites smoothly and efficiently. You will be part of a small but ambitious Marketing team and work on concrete, high-impact marketing initiatives across events, content and digital channels, such as, but not limited:

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Creating monthly reports on website performance and key metrics

• Using AI tools to help translate marketing campaign assets

• Putting double-check processes in place to ensure quality and consistency across all marketing materials

Events & Field Marketing:

• Helping shape and organise our Product Council Days for existing customers

• Assisting with the Peripass roadshow, including practical organisation and coordination

• Supporting trade fairs and exhibitions

• Helping build clear and structured communication plans for major projects and events

• Supporting internal events such as our Family Day

Content Marketing:

• Supporting day-to-day marketing execution and ensuring campaigns are accurately and timely brought to life

• Using AI tools to create marketing content such as LinkedIn posts, blogs and other assets

• Brainstorming and developing brand awareness ideas for social media

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university studying marketing, communication or event management

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working proficiency in English

• You have a get-the-job-done mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are organised and creative.

• You see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security, and you act accordingly. Within Peripass, we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients' logistics processes
