As an intern, you'll be stepping into an exciting role where you'll be the superhero our clients need. You'll know exactly how to set up our solutions to meet their needs. Here are your most important tasks:
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging visuals and copy for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to support the sales team's social selling efforts.
- Promotional Content Development: Create promotional content for various platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials using Canva.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, report generation, and coordination of marketing activities.
Your profile
All right, all right! So, you're interested in joining our team as an intern/working student for the CEE market? Fantastic! Here's what you need to know to feel comfortable and excel in this role:
- Language Skills: Lithuanian and English both at a C1 level for effective communication and content creation.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with InDesign is a plus.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of social selling techniques.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and interact with the audience.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality content and visuals.

- Education: Background in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
