Job Description - Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern - Growth (Core Team) to join us. Collaborate on strategic initiatives, analyze data, and contribute to our marketing efforts. Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Marketing, Growth, and Academic teams to conduct brand events for community members to encourage user activity - Pan India
- GTM Strategies and Execution for more than 100+ crore project - Pan India
- Building partnerships with key online Micro and Macro, Youtube/ Instagram/Linkedin influencers, and Online communities.
- Create & manage established partnership/agency relationships - Pan India
- Designing campaigns for lead generation through various influencer partners and agency collaborations.
- Monitoring influencer metrics to gauge the impact of partnerships on business goals and identifying opportunities to scale
- Be the Team Player in the Growth and Marketing Operation activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors.
- Be the Team Player in the Growth and Marketing Operation activities.
- Working with the Core Marketing Team directly with Associate Directors and Founders of Newton School

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Hindi, and public speaking skills
- Quick learner with strong leadership skills, and a problem-solving mindset with marketing hacks.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in market expansion.
- Experience in some college fest activities and holding any position like General Secretary in college would be an added bonus.
- Ownership to create and lead a vertical.
