Join us as a Marketing Intern and help shape Qonto's brand presence on the French market: from driving creative production to contributing to campaigns seen by hundreds of thousands of SMEs. You'll own real projects, work hand-in-hand with external agencies, and be part of some of Qonto's most exciting upcoming brand moments, under the guidance of Oleksandra, our France Brand Manager. ➡️ What you'll do Drive creative production end-to-end: Own the production workflow for French-market brand activations, tracking every milestone from brief to final delivery, chasing approvals, and making sure nothing slips. Shape the next 2 years of our brand: Run creative analyses and post-tests on our new brand equity campaign to extract insights and fuel the next waves of a concept that will live across all our channels. Bring stunts to life: Support the planning and execution of out-of-the-box activations, think nothing you'd find in a textbook. Be the quality gate: Review creatives across every format and spec, spotting the misplaced logo, the missing legal mention, the off-brand color, before they go live. Use AI to move faster: Leverage AI tools to streamline quality checks, creative research, and feedback consolidation — we produce a lot, and smart tooling makes all the difference. ➡️ What we're looking for Marketing fundamentals: You're enrolled in an M1 or M2 in marketing, communications, branding, media, or digital marketing — and you genuinely understand how brand campaigns are built. Creative eye with structured feedback: You can articulate why a creative works or doesn't — not just "I like it," but what's landing, what's off, and how to fix it. Organization obsession: You track 20 parallel steps across multiple campaigns without dropping the ball, and you flag risks before they turn into problems. Bilingual French + English: Native-level French is mandatory to be able to supervise the content production of French campaigns; fluent English to collaborate with the full team. AI-curious mindset: You already use AI tools to work smarter — or you're genuinely excited to start — and you see it as a real productivity lever, not a gimmick. ➡️ What you'll get Real ownership, fast: Oleksandra gives autonomy as soon as trust is built; expect to lead workstreams within weeks, not months. End-to-end brand campaign exposure: You'll see and touch the full cycle, agency briefing, creative feedback loops, production, and multi-format delivery across TV, OOH, digital, audio, and social. Exciting brand moments ahead: Help shape a new 2-year brand creative concept, contribute to stunts across markets, and support major upcoming launches (Mirror Card, credit licensing comms). A small team that moves fast: Four people, market-dedicated, where no two weeks look the same and every project has real visibility. ➡️ Your future manager You'll report to Oleksandra, France Brand Manager at Qonto. She manages everything from brand strategy to agency production on the French market, and she brings contagious energy to everything she does. She gives autonomy fast once you've proven yourself, stay genuinely available when you need support, and make sure you have fun doing the work.
