The Intern (SME Marketing) responsibilities include assisting the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing communication strategies for MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) partnerships and growing the segment to increase MSMEs’ confidence and awareness of Funding Societies’ financing solutions, aligned with the company’s objective to expand its market share. The role covers campaign ideation and implementation to tracking and analyzing the campaign performance (i.e. prepare performance report)

Requirements

What you will do:

• Take ownership on content creation and creatives (planning, editing, and publishing short-form video content and designing artwork)
• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of marketing materials for our business
• Assist in building and managing MSME segment through partnership as aligned to company objective
• Assist in campaign development from conceptualisation (with the support of internal creative team) to full campaign deployment across all marketing channels: i.e. Print, Radio, EDM, Digital, SMS, on-ground, and social platforms;
• To attend to any other ad hoc tasks assigned as and when required

What we are looking for:

• Current student or recent graduate with a degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Comm or any related field
• Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter
• Value-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills
• Able to plan and execute content on Social media, EDM, online ads
• Skills needed: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut, ect. We are looking for a candidate with designing and vdo editing skill
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities
• Highly creative with experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong command of written and oral English and Thai

Additional information :

• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) and able to start as soon as possible
• The intern salary is 10,000 Thai Baht.
