AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). AlGooru provides tailored educational support to students, and it's backed by several renowned investors including Constructor Capital, Techstars, Plug & Play, Raz Group, RZM Investment, and prestigious institutions like KAUST, Hub71, and MiSK.

💡 Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our newly launched track, علوم المرجلة, and actively support its sessions and initiatives. The role will work closely with the Product Owner and the CEO, gaining hands-on exposure to strategy and execution, with a strong focus on session planning, coordination, and engagement.

🎯 Main responsibilities

1. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Marjala track sessions and activities.
2. Assist in organizing on-ground operations for sessions (logistics, flow, readiness).
3. Support content capturing and documentation for marketing and reporting purposes.
4. Contribute to promoting the track and enhancing parent and student engagement.

A Day In Your Life:

• Welcome children and parents, create a warm, comfortable, and positive environment.
• Capture photos and videos of children during activities in an interactive and engaging way, and upload all content to Google Drive at the end of each day.
• Introduce parents to AlGooru products and explain their educational benefits and ideas.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and CEO on planning, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Support marketing and operational tasks related to the track.

Requirements

You’re the Marketing Intern we’re looking for if you have:

• A Saudi national/resident
• Proficiency using Google Slides and Google Sheets
• AI skills in presentations and proposal writing is a great plus
• Skilled in photography and video recording is a plus.
• Proactive and a hustler, able to take initiative and work independently
• Social, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours, including evening and weekend sessions, with a day off that may fall mid-week depending on the schedule.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
