NeoWork is looking for a Marketing Implementation Specialist to support a fast-growing US-based group that builds and scales go-to-market systems for software startups. This role is hands-on and focused on execution. You’ll take a defined GTM strategy and turn it into action, running the day-to-day marketing operations that drive measurable results.
The ideal candidate has strong B2B experience, excellent English, and is comfortable working in organized, outcome-driven environments. This role favors candidates based in Colombia, especially Medellín.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Funnel Execution

  • Build and run multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content distribution, and other channels as needed.
  • Implement GTM workflows and follow the strategist’s action plan.
  • Maintain CRM, automations, and nurture sequences.

Execution & Ownership

  • Break down strategy into tasks, timelines, and deliverables, then own them from start to finish.
  • Deliver assets such as emails, landing pages, sequences, messaging, and content pieces.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, SDRs, and technical support when needed.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across campaigns and report clear, actionable insights.
  • Identify improvements that increase conversions, qualified leads, and revenue.
  • Flag issues early and propose solutions.

Project Management & Communication

  • Prepare weekly updates and performance summaries.
  • Execute post-strategy action plans with precision and consistency.
  • Keep projects on track without the need for micromanagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience for US companies.
  • Experience in SaaS or other software-focused environments (strongly preferred).
  • Proven record implementing campaigns that contributed to pipeline or revenue.
  • Strong experience with CRMs, automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent written English (C1 level required).
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and deliver quality output independently.
  • Comfortable in structured, fast-paced, and outcome-oriented environments.
  • Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
