We are now looking for a Marketing Head to build and scale our brand, GTM engine and market presence from the ground up. To define our story, shape our category narrative and build the content engine that takes BlueMachines.ai to global scale.

Requirements

What You’ll Own

  • Build the marketing vision & strategy for BlueMachines.ai across brand, product marketing, growth, content, and PR.
  • Create our category narrative and positioning in the fast-evolving agentic AI space.
  • Lead full-funnel demand generation to fuel enterprise pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Product & Sales to drive launch strategies, messaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing organization.
  • Represent BlueMachines.ai at events, analyst briefings, and customer conversations.
  • Own marketing hygiene KPIs: pipeline, CAC, brand awareness, content performance, and community reach. 
  • Build the brand narrative and POV for BlueMachines.ai in the agentic AI landscape and own brand metrics: reach, engagement, SOV, content velocity, thought leadership.
  • Create high-quality content across formats: blogs, videos, whitepapers, social POV, customer stories. Simplify complex AI concepts for enterprises through compelling storytelling.
  • Develop the full content engine — editorial calendar, distribution strategy, content systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B tech, with significant time in AI/SaaS/product-led companies.
  • Proven track record of taking products from 0→1 and 1→N in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment.
  • Strong grasp of AI trends, enterprise AI adoption, and competitive landscape.
  • Expertise in brand building + demand gen + product marketing.
  • Excellent storytelling skills — can simplify complex AI concepts into a compelling narrative.
  • Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
  • High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to execute fast.
