About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to support and execute Bryq’s marketing and growth initiatives across channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role covering both marketing and growth, with exposure to the full funnel — from awareness and positioning to lead generation and performance optimization.
The role reports to the CMO to translate strategic direction into concrete execution. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (design, copywriting, performance marketing), while remaining hands-on and ready to contribute directly where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing and growth initiatives across digital, content, lifecycle, and product-led channels.
- Support the planning and rollout of campaigns, from brief to launch and iteration.
- Coordinate with external partners (designers, copywriters, performance agencies) and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Be hands-on with content, visuals, landing pages, and basic campaign setup when required.
- Support product marketing activities, including messaging, feature launches, and sales enablement materials.
- Track and report on marketing performance (traffic, leads, conversion), helping identify areas for optimization.
- Ensure consistency across brand touchpoints (website, ads, email, social).
- Contribute to growth experiments (e.g. ABM pilots, partnerships, customer advocacy initiatives).
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and feedback loops.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong execution mindset; comfortable owning tasks end-to-end with guidance.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals: lead generation, funnels, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with common marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, basic paid tools).
- Ability to create or edit simple assets independently (Canva, Figma, landing pages, basic copy).
- Comfortable working with external partners and coordinating deliverables.
- Structured and analytical approach; able to track results and learn from data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
