Marketing Growth Lead, Advocacy

Your career as Growth Lead, Advocacy at Booksy will give you the opportunity to turn the "multiplier effect" into a science. You’ll lead the charge in operationalizing word-of-mouth marketing, transforming our most vocal providers into our most effective sales force to aggressively drive growth across Spain and beyond.

Working closely with the Global Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll own the infrastructure behind our referral and affiliate programs. You won’t just be managing a tech stack; you’ll be the heartbeat of the Booksy Collective, directly nurturing our core group of providers to bridge the gap between creative content and real-world conversion.

You’ll be excited by the prospect of architecting viral loops and partnering with social teams to ensure organic advocacy has a frictionless path to a trial start. Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role, you’re going to need:

• Extensive experience in advocacy marketing (ideally 5+ years) with a proven track record of building community-led growth.
• Prior experience within the ‘beautiful chaos’ of a tech scale-up environment is preferable
• A "hands-on-keyboard" mentality; you’re comfortable with AI tools and have the ability to "vibe code" to get things moving.
• Technical agility with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier; you don’t wait for a ticket if you can build a workaround yourself.
• Strategic relationship skills to engage deeply with the Booksy Collective and turn their insights into actionable growth loops.
• A collaborative mindset to work across Creative and Social teams, ensuring every organic post is a potential engine for growth.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an English-speaking team environment.
