This is a 3-year, fast-track programme designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our entire marketing function, from digital marketing to budget management. You will be joining a dynamic team at the heart of creating and delivering initiatives that drive our commercial success.

Your 3-Year Fast-Track Journey

This is a structured 36-month journey where you'll gain real-world experience and responsibility. Perform well, and you could be owning the marketing for an entire product category in just 12 months.

• Year 1: Marketing Executive

You will begin by supporting our Marketing Managers and learning the fundamentals of our business. Your responsibilities will include running campaigns and managing budgets, creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and organising events. You will also own a strategic project and present your recommendations to the business.

• Year 2: Junior Product Marketing Manager

You will take ownership of the marketing for a specific product or service line, work closely with the global category team, localising global campaigns and driving key market insights.

• Year 3: Product Marketing Manager

You will have full ownership of creating and delivering the marketing programme for your business's product lines, lead key initiatives and work directly with key stakeholders to deliver essential marketing support.

Successful completion of this programme opens opportunities for roles within our Global Marketing team, taking your career to other countries and businesses.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a recent marketing graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing-related field. The ideal candidate will have:

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for understanding customer needs
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage projects effectively, with a focus on tight deadlines and budgets
• A creative eye, with excellent attention to detail
• A "can-do" attitude and a clear ambition for career progression
