What You’ll Do

  • Work across core marketing functions and build a broad skillset, develop cross functional skills and discover your strengths.
  • Make an impact in Go to Market initiatives, helping turn product, partner and campaign plans into activity that drives real awareness, adoption and commercial impact.
  • Support multi‑channel activity and operational workflows by preparing briefs, coordinating assets, scheduling activity, and assisting with delivery across teams.
  • Contribute directly to marketing activity, including content updates, campaign coordination and materials for partner or product launches.
  • Help plan and coordinate internal and external activities (e.g., partner initiatives, team sessions or attendance at third party trade shows), ensuring smooth logistics and clear communication.
  • Summarise performance data (e.g., CRM, product, project or event metrics) to support reporting, optimisation and insight driven decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, adopting AI and modern tooling to streamline processes, unblock issues, and support successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, contributing to work that shapes Go to Market priorities and gives you real exposure to how impact is delivered at scale.

Who You Are

What you’ll need

  • A bachelor’s degree (any discipline) and a strong interest in marketing and fintech.
  • A curious mindset and interest in how AI can streamline work and enhance outcomes.
  • Genuine motivation to build your career at Modulr and contribute to our mission of transforming how businesses automate and move money.
  • Clear, concise writing, strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with basic data and simple analysis to interpret campaign or event performance.
  • Proactive organisation and stakeholder skills; you coordinate across teams and influence without authority.

Nice to haves

  • Exposure to fast paced, high growth environments (e.g., internships, volunteering, part-time roles).
  • Hands‑on experience supporting events or webinars (through university, internships, volunteering or part‑time roles).
  • Exposure to B2B marketing or content creation (e.g., internships, societies, freelance projects, a small portfolio).
  • Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, CRM platforms, Microsoft 365).
