Experience & Skills:
- Experience in B2B marketing (ideally in proptech, fintech, legal, financial services or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with digital tools, CMS platforms and campaign workflows
- Experience in campaign reporting, analytics and budget tracking
- Understanding of ROI and performance-driven marketing
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working at pace
- A strong collaborator who builds relationships across teams
- Solutions-focused with a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Customer-centric, with a passion for insight-led marketing
- Results-driven and accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes

Attributes:
- Annual Leave: 25 days per year (Jan-Dec), increasing to 27 days after 5 years, plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
