Our partner is seeking a Marketing Executive Producer in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for overseeing, creating, and executing original multimedia promotions for news, sports, local programming, station image campaigns, network priorities, and commercial clients.
The Marketing Executive Producer collaborates across departments to manage multi-platform campaigns, media buys, and on-air log coordination, while mentoring marketing producers and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Location: Seattle, WA
Compensation: $93,000–$103,000 annually (final offer dependent on education, skills, experience, and location)
Responsibilities
- Oversee, create, and execute multimedia promotional campaigns for news, sports, local programming, station image, network priorities, and commercial clients
- Write, shoot, edit, and execute large-scale promotional campaigns
- Deliver video productions including writing, directing, cinematography, editing, and motion graphics
- Act as lead producer for station image and special creative content
- Collaborate with Marketing & Creative Services leadership on advertising campaigns and related products
- Develop branded content for digital and social platforms
- Create and target integrated social campaigns aligned with linear promotions
- Manage outside media buys and internal promotional placements across linear, digital, streaming, social, out-of-home, and paid social platforms (including Meta Ads Manager)
- Track impressions and analytics to evaluate campaign performance
- Coordinate on-air log management
- Present campaigns during pitches and creative briefings
- Oversee on-location production shoots for promotional and commercial projects
- Drive audience growth and engagement across all platforms
- Partner with News managers and Executive Producers to highlight key moments that reflect the station brand
- Serve as liaison between News, Creative Services, and Sales
- Coordinate with remote designers to maintain brand consistency
- Facilitate and manage network and group-level initiatives in addition to local station efforts
- Mentor marketing producers in editing, writing, and production skills
- Manage day-to-day team operations to meet production targets and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with corporate computer requirements and station policies
- Maintain responsibility for assigned equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience producing and managing multi-platform creative marketing campaigns and commercial content
- At least 2 years in a leadership or senior producer capacity
- Experience leading a team of marketing producers
- Experience in multi-media production (local, cable, or network)
- Previous linear and digital promotion/marketing experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of digital and social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
