About Us_
// At Masabi, we’re driving the fare payment revolution, powering the journeys of millions all over the world. We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones, from a ticket machine, or even by tapping their bank card to travel.
Our Justride platform is used in over 250 locations globally, including some of the largest cities in the world. With our industry-first mobile ticketing SDK, we’ve partnered with large players in the transport space, including Uber, Moovit and Transit.
Your own journey is important to us too. Choosing a role here means joining a network of innovators from all walks of life; a group of passionate individuals who consistently deliver. Here, you’ll find the tools you need to build the career you want. Whether you’re taking the direct route or trying a new path, we’ll support you no matter what.
The Role_
Marketing is how we tell our story to the world, helping transport authorities, operators, and partners understand how our technology makes public transport easier, more accessible and more effective for millions of people.
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing that story to life. You’ll support campaigns, content, digital channels, and events, creating high-quality assets that help customers and partners understand what we do and why it matters. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants real responsibility and the chance to see their work out in the world.
You’ll work closely with teammates in both the UK and US, collaborating across teams and taking ownership of your work. Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach will help you succeed in the role.
You’ll join a small, collaborative marketing team of three, where your contributions will be visible and valued, helping grow the brand and supporting the sales team as Masabi continues to scale globally.
Location_
This role is open to candidates based in the UK and can be worked remotely or in a hybrid setup. While we prefer candidates based in London, we’re open to applications from across the UK, as long as you’re happy to come into our London office a few times per quarter.
About You_
A foundation in marketing, with some hands-on experience (B2B, SaaS, public transport, or mobility is a plus, but not required)
Experience supporting or running social media channels, with some exposure to social advertising
Exposure to marketing tools or automation platforms (HubSpot experience is helpful, but not essential)
Experience creating content, with strong foundations in copywriting and an eye for clear, engaging messaging

Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with colleagues across different teams
Strong attention to detail, with pride in delivering high-quality work on time
Comfortable sharing your work with the team and supporting occasional external presentations or light outreach
We don’t expect you to tick every box. What matters most is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to take ownership of your work as you grow in the role.
