The candidate needs an entrepreneurial spirit to join an early stage company in an innovative sector reporting to the CEO.
The mission will comprise a variety of responsibilities including:
- Lead the planning and execution of Marketing and Advertising initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Create and manage content and updates for customer touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels including LinkedIn/Twitter/FB, email, the website and printed collateral
- Coordinate and be the point of contact for Marketing initiatives with third parties, event organisers and agents
- Gather and analyse customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Participate in the product development process by providing input on customer and market trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field from a reputable university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency with Hubspot, Photoshop, Wordpress, MS Excel
- French or other languages
- B2B lead generation experience
