We are looking for a marketing-driven Marketing Executive (Digital & Growth) based in Manila to support both client marketing delivery and Verz Design’s internal growth initiatives.

Job Summary

As a Marketing Executive (Digital & Growth) at Verz Design, you will support the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content, working closely with our internal teams (SEO, paid media, designers, copywriters, and web team). You will also contribute to growing Verz’s own marketing performance by supporting initiatives such as website enhancements, testimonials, case studies, press release planning, and social media calendar management. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

- Inbound Marketing & Website Enhancement:
- Collaborate with web and digital teams to refine web pages, landing pages, and content layouts aligned with conversion-focused strategies.
- Coordinate across SEO, paid media, social, email, and content teams to support inbound marketing efforts and drive qualified leads.
- Support ongoing website enhancements and content updates to improve performance and lead conversion.

- Testimonials & Case Studies Development:
- Develop client testimonials, with a focus on video testimonials that showcase outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Build structured case studies for use on the website, proposals, and social media to strengthen Verz’s credibility.

- Reputation & Review Management:
- Oversee and enhance the agency’s reputation by managing and improving reviews on platforms like Google, Shopify, and Glassdoor.
- Implement a proactive strategy for reputation management to increase positive visibility and client engagement.

- Social Media Management:
- Coordinate social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars, working with design and copy teams to execute posts and campaigns.

- Email Marketing Planning:
- Support email marketing planning and execution with the Verz Email Marketing team, aligned with inbound goals and lead nurturing.
- Assist with newsletters, promotional campaigns, and customer re-engagement initiatives.

- Collaboration & Content Development:
- Work closely with Verz’s in-house digital marketing teams (SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing) to create cohesive content that aligns with overarching inbound marketing strategies.
- Manage content development across digital channels to support lead generation and client retention efforts.

- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Support the Business Development team in organising marketing events (webinars, seminars, workshops) with vendors and partners.

- Account Executive:
- Proactively re-engage with existing Singapore-based clients to assess current satisfaction, evolving needs, and potential service gaps.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant services, such as SEO, digital media buying, e-commerce solutions, and digital transformation projects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain active communication to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and service alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to present tailored solutions that align with client goals and help enhance their digital presence.
- Prepare and present proposals, service updates, and account growth reports to clients, reinforcing Verz Design’s commitment to their success.
